About the Role
We’re hiring our first Growth Manager to join the founder in expanding Popfly’s reach through a combination of outbound motion, partnerships, content, and experimentation.
This is a performance-driven role focused on connecting with the right people, identifying real opportunities, and offering Popfly where and when it makes sense.
You’ll be responsible for building and operationalizing new GTM pathways—whether that’s outbound campaigns, partnership pipelines, or content strategies. You’ll use performance data to guide your work and collaborate closely with the founder to refine how we grow.
This isn’t about pushing product—it’s about learning, listening, identifying real needs, and growing the business in a smart, sustainable way.
What You’ll Do
- Lead outbound efforts to engage brands and potential partners
- Create content (emails, posts, briefs, scripts) that supports discovery and demand
- Identify and evaluate fit before offering Popfly as a solution
- Work cross-functionally with the founder and accounts team on proposals, onboarding, and follow-through
- Use dashboards and tools to track what’s working, iterate, and optimize
- Build and test GTM experiments—from partnership tracks to referral plays to content-led funnels
- Work in-office with our team in Costa Mesa and help shape a winning culture
What You’ll Need
- 2–5 years of experience in a growth, partnerships, GTM, or sales-related role
- Proven ability to run full-cycle outreach, discovery, and close deals
- Comfort running outbound campaigns and creating your own demand
- Experience building and refining messaging to connect with a specific ICP
- Sales experience is a strong plus—especially if you’ve sold into brands, marketing teams, or agencies
- Operational chops—you're comfortable using CRMs, dashboards, and growth tools
- Clear communication, great instincts, and an ability to adapt quickly
- A desire to work hard, learn fast, and help shape the future of our growth org

Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $82,000
- Commission: Uncapped, performance-based with residuals on attributed revenue
